We're not aware of WOTLK Gold the exact schedule of the WotLK phases is, however, we know what kind of content you can expect from each phase. This is the list (via Wowhead):

Phase I: Naxxramas, The Eye of Eternity The Obsidian Sanctum

Phase 2: Ulduar

Third Phase: Trial of the Crusader, Onyxia's Lair

Phase 4 Icecrown Citadel

Phase 5 The Ruby Sanctum

You'll be able make a Death Knight during the WotLK pre-patch, and this will allow you to test out the "new" Hero class before making your way to Northrend in the first place.

It's no secret that World of Warcraft has had some rough times in the last few years. World of Warcraft WOTLK Classic initially had a lot of promise: Torghast seemed intriguing and fun, the new zones seemed vibrant as well as fresh, and the Azeroth's future was filled with possibilities to encounter old heroes and enemies.

The Activision Blizzard lawsuit couldn't have occurred at a more appropriate time too. However, there are other significant elements that have caused the latest expansion, and that's very much in the hands of the developers currently in charge.
