For instance, when you are collated printing, it means you are printing multiple copies of any book or catalog, and it will print in sequence before starting to print the next copy of that specific book. 

On the other hand, collated printing minimizes time and enhances productivity. Collate printing is best used in publications where books and catalogs are printed and required to be printed in the correct order to avoid any inconvenience.

While on Uncollated printing means your page will print one by one not in a sequence.
