Mohalla Tech, which owns ShareChat, a vernacular social media platform, and Moj, a short video entertainment app, has secured debt findings worth $49 million from existing investors.
The company board resolution specifies issuing 5895 Series I debentures for $10000 each to procure $49 million, as per the information sourced through the company's regulatory filing with the Registrar of Companies (RoC).

BYJU'S to Pay March Salaries of Employees by April 18, 2024
Ed-tech startup BYJU'S announced to pay the salary of its employees for March 2024 latest by April 18, 2024.
The company, while sending an email to employees, declared to have arranged an alternative credit line to pay outstanding salaries.
The development, which was first reported by the Economic Times, happens days after BYJU'S delayed salary disbursements for the second straight month owing to a cash crunch. The company said that it will clear the salaries by April 8, 2024.

Juspay’s Revenue Soars 88% to INR 213 Cr in FY23
