This curriculum is followed in our 100-Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh to provide you with all the information and hands-on training you need when you first start out. Sanskar Yogashala Rishikesh also provides a 200-hour course on yoga teacher training, which is not a completely distinct program. The 100 Hour yoga TTC program, which is taught during the first few days of the curriculum, is also included in the 200 Hour yoga TTC. You can complete the remaining 100 hours of the yoga teacher training course at a later time that works for you.
