WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS TO APPLY FOR UK PARTNER VISA?
To apply for a UK Partner Visa, you and your partner must be 18 years or above. Also your partner must fulfil either of the conditions, that are:
Must be an Irish or a British Citizen.
Must be from the EU, Switzerland, Iceland, Norway or Liechtenstein and have a status of pre-settled, that is they should have started to live in the UK before 1 January 2021.
