The Swiss Air Melbourne Office was indeed a great experience. Staff were friendly, efficient, and very helpful with the booking and amendments of my flight ticket. Everything went on real smooth and stress-free, and they answered all questions asked. I highly recommend the good customer service they offered to anyone wanting to travel out of Melbourne in Swiss Air-it was really a smooth, stress-free experience.
