Joel’s Holistics offers a transformative, heart-centred approach to holistic wellbeing. Once immersed in festivals and escapism, we experienced a profound Kundalini awakening that redirected our lives towards meditation, energy healing, and conscious living. What began as an intuitive shift has since evolved into a path of dedicated study, discipline, and service. With over 700 hours of yoga teacher training and a Reiki Master certification, we now support others in reconnecting with their bodies, minds, and breath.
