The idea to deliver high quality diagnostic ultrasound and ultrasound guided injections in a private setting really came from looking around locally in my area (Hertfordshire) and finding there to be a lack of access to highly experienced Musculoskeletal experts who were also able to perform accurate diagnostic ultrasound and ultrasound guided injections.
