The whole event took place on Twitch by the victor Teo1904 and definitely produced a wild week of speedrunning entertainment.

As you can see on Teo1904's Twitch account (below) the time it took the tween 138 hours to get from level one to 99. It becomes more difficult to progress as you progress, too in the process of completing the last stage to reach 99 required more than one day. Teo1904 estimates that he slept 34 hours of sleep throughout the long marathon.

It took the streamer approximately eight days to hit level 99, which works out approximately five hours of sleep each night. He deserves credit for catching some sleep, though. We've seen Apex Legends and League of Legends streamers climb to the maximum rank in just a few streams. It looks terrible.

Teo1904 wasn't able to reach the milestone all by himself, however. Teo1904 was able to get by with a little help from pals MacroBioBoi, BTNeandertha1, Rob2628, buy D2R Ladder Items, Raxxanterax and more, with the group using a variety of strategies to maximize the rate of leveling. One of the most poignant facts, however, is from the name Teo1904's character. As MacroBioBoi writes on Reddit the word 'Unsullied' in the character's name refers to a dear friend who passed within the last year.
