A Dress for any Winter Barn Wedding

I've had the great fortune to visit two weddings on my small December birthday now I possess the pleasure of sharing another, those of Lolly and Olly, whose Christmassy, wintry, sparkly celebration happened on 21 December 2018.

The wedding couple is a celebration manager and a CPA, whose love story began at Nottingham University this year.

Fitting for any fresh December day, Lolly decided to have a long-sleeved gown, and isn't miss a beauty? Her gown includes a warm gold, illusion, embellished bodice that appears wonderful against her complexion and fiery hair. It is just so romantic using its soft, English net, circle skirt.

She paired the gown having a fluid white veil, purchased through, a seamstress who did her gown alterations too. For warmth she added a faux fur wrap and, in addition to a headpiece, she accessorized with a few very personal bits of jewelry.

For an enchanting, festive feel, the bridesmaids dressed up in Maya maxi-gowns with blush bridesmaid dresses and gold sequinned bodices, together with necklaces, their very own bracelets, earrings, and faux fur stoles to echo the brides.

Come ceremony time, Lolly and her dad traveled to Gate Street Barn inside a VW Karmann Ghia before walking in together to Ed Sheeran and Beyoncé's 'Perfect'.

"Olly and I met at university within our fourth year this year. We visited a pub quiz with a few friends in Freshers week and were placed on the same team. We got engaged on 27 December 2017 and also got married just below a year later. We desired to have the cozy winter feeling with a few Christmas touches whilst using the venue to its full advantage."

These crisp and bright photographs, which capture all the love and magic during the day, come in a camera of Guy. We’ve been so proud to. Here

"Guy was brilliant through the whole along with a true professional. He put Olly and be comfortable and would be a huge hit with these guests. I would recommend him to anyone and we completely love our photos during the day."

The December day was sunny and clear meaning the pair could escape together for many wonderfully wintry portrait shots.

"My favorite part during the day was whenever we were having our photos taken and we'd some time only the two of us. We hadn't spoken since we'd said goodbye to one another the night before therefore it was nice to trap up and have a while together to see about each other's mornings."

After the marriage breakfast, there would be a spectacular surprise for everybody.

"My mum organized some surprise fireworks after the marriage breakfast that was amazing."

As night fell, the party began, with fresh, hot pizza along with a photo booth.

"We were built with a vintage Campervan photo booth within the evening that was very popular. For the evening food we'd; the meals were amazing."

"We had throughout the evening and also the dance floor never was empty."

As big fans of 90s music, the pair chose ‘So Into You by Tamia for their first dance.

Words of Wedded Wisdom

"Enjoy the look process and request help if you want it. Only tell people who need to know though because it was so nice to provide the rest of your guests a surprise! I also loved being surprised myself by my mum."

"Enjoy every moment and use the marriage breakfast because of the chance to speak to your guests. They will appreciate you making the effort, particularly the oldies."
